RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are happy to accept returns or exchanges on all products within 15 days of receiving your order on all unopened product. If you contact us within 15 days of receiving your order we are happy to provide you with a full refund or exchange once we receive the product back. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Returned items must include your name, address, invoice number and RMA number to be returned. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

If we shipped the wrong product in error we take full responsibility and will pay for return shipping and re-shipping of the correct products.

Damaged Items
Any claims for carrier damaged items must be submitted to us within 5 business days after receipt of your delivery.

We cannot be responsible for, nor issue a refund for any carrier damaged goods if notified more than 5 business days after the date of delivery. To ensure a prompt resolution to your situation, please keep the box, packing materials, and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

Any refund or re-ship will be processed following inspection of the product.
