Due to the hygienic nature of our products we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final sale in compliance with health regulations and sanitation standards.
If we shipped the wrong product in error we take full responsibility and will pay for return shipping and re-shipping of the correct products.
Damaged Items
Any claims for carrier damaged items must be submitted to us within 5 business days after receipt of your delivery.
We cannot be responsible for, nor issue a refund for any carrier damaged goods if notified more than 5 business days after the date of delivery. To ensure a prompt resolution to your situation, please keep the box, packing materials, and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
Any refund or re-ship will be processed following inspection of the product.
