FAQs

How long will my products last after I buy them?

Depending on the product, it should be used within 3-12 months. Keeping your products out of direct sunlight, high heat, and low moisture areas will help them last longer.  Do keep in mind that these are NATURAL products that are not loaded with artificial chemical preservatives and it is best to use your natural products as soon as you can. 

Why should we buy natural products?

The skin is our body's largest organ.  It is known to absorb approximately 21-100% of what you put on it and this can transfer to the deep tissue, organs and eventually affects our hormonal system.  Our immune system is over burdened with the task of eliminating the toxins we eat and breathe each day so no sense adding to the burden with harmful skin products.  Pure Heart Essential products are free of harmful parabens, phthalates, sulfates, artificial scents, colours and petrochemicals. We buy cruelty free raw materials only.

 Can I place an order and have it shipped to someone else?

We would be happy to send an order to someone else for you.  Please include their shipping address and in the comments section add a note that it is a gift.  Include your email address in the comments so we can send you the invoice.  We can even include a special message for you if you like (Pure Heart Essentials reserves the right to edit special messages).

Are your products tested on animals?

Definitely not as we love our furry friends.  Our products are tested first on ourselves and then on family & friends before entering the market.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in Ottawa, Ontario. 

The product I received looks different that on your website.  Why is that?

As each batch is hand made,  soap colour  & design  in particular may vary from batch to batch.  Contact us with any concerns, so we can put your mind at rest!

What payment method do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard & Bank Card through PayPal.

How do I track my order?

When we ship your order you will receive an email with your tracking number.  Please note that if you live in the USA, there will be times when tracking is not available with Expedited shipping.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes we are happy to discuss wholesale opportunities with you and provide you with our line sheet.

What is the processing time once I place my order?

Orders are fulfilled on Monday & Fridays.  If you need it sooner please contact us.
