How long will my products last after I buy them?
Product should be used within 3-12 months depending on the product. If you keep your products out of direct sunlight, high heat, low moisture areas your products will last longer. We provide a stick for each jar and body butter to reduce the introduction of bacteria from your fingers or water. It is best to clean the stick between applications. Do keep in mind that these are NATURAL products that are not loaded with chemical preservatives and it is best to use your natural products when you buy them.
Why should we buy natural products?
The skin is our body is our largest organ. It is known to absorb approximately 21-100% of what you put on it and this can transfers to the deep tissue, organs and eventually affecting our hormonal system. Our immune system is so busy eliminating the toxins we eat and breathe each day that it is over burdened with added toxins we add to our skin. Our products are free of harmful parabens, phthalates, sulfates, artificial scents, colours and petrochemicals.
Can I place an order and have it shipped to someone else?
We would be happy to send an order to someone else for you. Please include their shipping address and in the comments section add a note that it is a gift. Include your email address in the comments so we can send you the invoice. We can even include a special message for you if you like (Pure Heart Essentials reserves the right to edit special messages).
Do you make custom orders?

Are your products tested on animals?
Definitely not as we love our furry friends. Our products are tested on ourselves then family & friends before entering the market.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in our home base workshop in Ottawa, Ontario. As the business grew we decided to have a completely separate working area to avoid cross contamination with food. Please note that since we make small, homemade batches, unnatural colour may vary from batch to batch and so your product may be just fine! But contact us with any concerns, so we can put your mind at rest!
What payment method do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard & Bank Card through PayPal.
How do I track my order?
When we ship your order you will receive an email notifying of your tracking number and the link to Canada Post. Please note that if you live in the USA, there will be times when tracking is not available with Expedited shipping.
Do you do wholesale?
Yes we are happy to provide you with wholesale pricing upon request.
